Alongside working as a clinical physiotherapist for 25 years, I have also offered holistic treatments to patients both in an at-home and clinical setting. Where patients are open to it, I tend to combine physiotherapy with one or more alternative therapies. Time and time again we see remarkable results when working in this way – combining clinical techniques and treatments supported with holistic therapies.
Although traditionally holistic therapies were not accepted by the medical community, they are increasingly being prescribed alongside allopathic treatments as clinicians begin to see the benefits of ‘alternative therapies’ – as I have myself. Now things are slowly changing – and I’m proud to be at the forefront of that as our name suggests! Holistic treatments offer patients greater flexibility and choice in their care, along with having fewer side effects and being minimally invasive with the added benefit of relaxation.
I offer a variety of holistic therapies both in conjunction with and independent of physiotherapy. To learn more about any of the therapies I offer or to book a consultation, please get in touch.
